Error FCS0001 appears when trying to open the Print Delivery Station - c06233116

Issue

Error occurs when trying to open up the settings on the Print Delivery Station (PDS).

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Validate that only 1 version of Java has been installed on the machine that will be used to host the PDS.
  2. If multiple versions of Java has been installed, remove and configure only the version of Java that is installed with the Print Delivery Station.
    • The version of Java that is installed with the Print Delivery Station can be found in the default directory: C:\Program Files(x 86)\ PrinterOn Corporation\ PrinterOn Install Manager
    • A reboot of the machine hosting the PDS must be completed to finalize the changes.
  3. Upgrade the PDS on the machine hosting the PDS to version 3.x and later which is not dependent on the version of Java installed on the machine.
