Error message received cannot Re-import Customization File Auth Error - c06233150

The administrator of the PrinterOn solution is unable to import the customization file on the Print Delivery Station (PDS).

Steps to resolve the issue:

1. In a proxy enabled environment, adjusted the proxy settings so that the PDS can communicate with the PrinterOn public cloud to import the customization settings.
2. Adjust the proxy settings so that the PDS can communicate with the PrinterOn Central Print Services (CPS) to import the customization settings.

NOTE:

Applies to PrinterOn Enterprise 2.x and later or Print Delivery Station 2.6 and later.
