Users receive the error message: PAS00301: An error occurred attempting to process this message when sending email print job to a guest printer

Possible solutions:

• Upgrade the PrinterOn Enterprise solution to 4.1.3 or later
• Disable guest printing on the printer and submit the print request again, then re-enable guest printing
• Version 4.2.3 has some LDAP/AD query improvements. Upgrading to 4.2.3 may also resolve this error

This issue could also be related to delays in LDAP/AD search to look up users.

• Remove the extra/unused default LDAP profile
• Change the search DN to a more specific OU that had all the users in it as opposed to searching the entire domain for user look ups
