Error: NSURLErrorDomain error - 1012 - c06234271

Error message "NSURLErrorDomain error - 1012" appears on the PrinterOn mobile application when trying to find a printer or submit a print job.

Steps to resolve:

To resolve the issue, validate that the service URI information on the PrinterOn Configuration Manager is the same details configured on the mobile application on the users device. When using a MDM, the error message would be similar to "Your device administrator does not allow access to this printer" please review Article #2065 .
