FCS 1198 error in the Print Delivery Station (PDS) on Windows 10 - c06237672

Error appearing on the Print Delivery Station (PDS) user interface when attempting to start the windows service.

Error 1067: The Process Terminated Unexpectedly.

  • Uninstall the PDS using the add/remove programs.
  • Uninstall Java (all versions of Java) from add/remove programs.
  • Reboot the machine.
  • Run the PDS installer again and complete the installation.

NOTE:

Applies to Print Delivery Station 2.6 EZ and older.
