Help using the PrinterOn Mobile Application - c06243037

Using the PrinterOn moaible App for the iPad or iPhone is simple.

Locate a document, either in your inbox on through an app ( iDisk , Box.net, etc), select your printer and send the request.

To add printers to your Contacts:

• Start the PrinterOn App.
• Find a PrinterOn PrintSpot by entering keywords in the search bar or use the Search Nearby button on iPhones and iPads with GPS.
• Select the printer you want and press the Options button in the top right corner.
• Select Add to Contacts to save the PrinterOn PrintSpot in the Contacts list.
• Your printers will always appear under “P”.

To save printers in the App:

• Start the PrinterOn App.
• Find a PrinterOn PrintSpot by entering keywords in the search bar or use the Search Nearby button on iPhones and iPads with GPS.
  Select the printer you want to save and press the Options button in the top right corner.
• Select Save.

To print an email (must have the printer in your contacts):

• From “Mail” locate the email you wish to print.
• Begin by forwarding it.
• Select the printer you want to use from your Contacts by pressing the Add button.
• Press Send.
• You will then receive a secure release code by email to be used to retrieve your job at the printer.

To print Mail attachments:

• From “Mail” locate the attachment you wish to print.
• Press and hold the attachment icon.
• Select PrinterOn .
• Search for a new PrintSpot or select one of your saved locations.
• Select Print from the top right corner.
• Select Send when the email message pops up.
• You will then receive a secure release code by email to be used to retrieve your job at the printer.

To Print documents from Safari, iDisk or other Cloud storage apps.

• Locate the document you wish to print using a cloud storage app.
• Press the Open In button in the top right corner.
• Select PrinterOn .
• Search for a new PrintSpot or select one of your saved locations.
• Select Print from the top right corner.
• Select Send when the email message pops up.
• You will then receive a secure release code by email to be used to retrieve your job at the printer.

To print a photo (must have the printer in your contacts):

• Open your Photos.
• Press the Open In button in the top right corner.
• Press Email Photo.
• Select your printer from Contacts.
• Select Send.
• You will then receive a secure release code by email to be used to retrieve your job at the printer.
