How can I see logs from the ACM (Access Control Module)? - c06224377

PrintAnywhere has ACM (Access Control Module) logs (Rendering Application Logs), by default these are turned OFF.

In a situation where one type of file is failing to process correctly, these logs come in handy to find the error the Rendering Application is throwing.

To enable this logging:

  • Add a new entry in the registry in this location: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\ PrinterOn Corporation\ PrintAnywhere .
  • Add a new 32 bit DWORD called EnableAppLog .
  • Set the Data value to 10 Decimal.
  • Restart the PrintAnywhere Processing Server service and send a print job.

The logs will appear in this file path after the job is processed C:\Program Files\ PrinterOn Corporation\ PrintAnywhere \Application Logs

NOTE:

Applies to PrinterOn Enterprise 3.x and later.
