How to change the QR Code address for the PrinterOn Enterprise solution printer - c06231986

If the IP address or the DNS name changed for the PrinterOn Enterprise solution, using these steps will allow the administrator to update the address being displayed on the QR Code.

1. Login to the PrinterOn Configuration Manager
2. Select the Licensing tab
3. Select download license
4. Open the licenses file downloaded in the previous step
5. Modify the Config section with the correct address, for the ServiceURL then save the file
6. Select the Update license option within the PrinterOn Configuration Manager
7. Select the newly updated licenses file, then apply settings to complete the configuration
8. The QR Code should now be updated with the correct information
9. If the QR Code has not been updated try these steps
   1. Navigate to Workflows, then select the Mobile tab
   2. Uncheck the Override Document API URI, this should allow the updated address previously entered in the licenses file to appear in the Document API URI field
   3. Select Apply settings to confirm the changes
   4. The QR Code should now be updated with the correct information
