How to configure printer to print only in color or black and white - c06242119

1. Login to PrintSpot as an administrator ( https://www.printeron.net/Page?PAGE=PrintspotLogin )
2. Click on the Printers icon to access printer configuration:
   
3. Click on Optional Settings for the printer you want to customize
4. Scroll down to the Output Options section
   • To limit a printer to black and white only, change the Color Printing option to "Black & White"
   • To limit a printer to color only, change the Color Printing option to "Color". A new setting now appears: BW/Color Default ​. Set this to Color Only
5. Save changes
