How to disable a specific print submission method? - c06236639

For PrinterOn Enterprise please follow the steps below.

1. Login to the PrinterOn Configuration Manager.
2. Navigate to “Printers”.
3. Click on the ‘+’ to expand the desired printer and click on “Configure”.
4. Under workflows uncheck the desired submission method.

For PrinterOn Public please follow the steps below.

1. Login to the PrinterOn, click here
2. Navigate to “Printers”.
3. Click on "Required Settings" for the desired printer.
4. Scroll down and under "Using your printer with Web, PrintWhere and Email Printing" uncheck the desired submission method you wish to disable.
