How to disable email replies when using the email printing workflow? - c06231800

Using the steps below the administrator of the PrinterOn Enterprise solution can disable email responses from being sent to the user submitting a print request through the email print workflow.

Options for disabling email replies:

  1. Do not complete the SMTP settings in the PrinterOn Configuration Manager (see image below)

NOTE:

Applies to PrinterOn Enterprise 3.x and later. Disabling the SMTP settings will disable emails being sent to users submitting print requests through email regardless if the print requests are successful or not.
