How to modify email responses sent from the PrinterOn Public solution - c06242788

Using the steps below the administrator of the PrinterOn Public solution can make some modification to the response email; sent to the user who submitted the print request.

Some basic language and format details cannot be changed, and this includes the default information as per below:

Your document has been processed and is waiting for pickup at the printer.

There are some things that can be changed:

  • Additional information included regarding the hours of operation at the location where the print job is being submitted
  • The Location and address details where the printer exists
  • Description or additional information about the printer and the location where the printer exits
  • Assistance - where can the user reach further assistance if required.
  • To change these settings complete the steps below:
    1. Login to the PrinterOn.com web administration portal
    2. Select Printers
    3. Select the printer that requires the changes
    4. Select the Optional Settings tab
    5. Scroll to the bottom below 'Description of your printing service'
    6. Enter the changes that are required, then select the option to 'Include in the email to suers'
    7. Select Save
    8. Submit another print request to confirm the changes are successful
