I cannot find my PrinterOn Public printers in the PrinterOn mobile application - c06230617

Steps to troubleshoot the reasons why the PrinterOn Public printers are not appearing in the PrinterOn mobile application:

  1. Confirm the printer in the PrinterOn Public site is set to hidden or offline
  2. Confirm the printsite on the PrinterOn.com web administration site is set to online (vs. Hidden)
  3. Set the printspot to hidden and then switch back to shown and see if that change allows the printers to appear
  4. Validate the option for "Enable Document API Printing" is selected under the printer's required settings on the PrinterOn Public site at PrinterOn.com with the value of "https://www.printeron.net/DocApi"
