After I reboot, why do I get a printer error and my settings are reverted back to the previous state?
Programs such as "Deep Freeze" can erase PDS, or reset it to an earlier state, or delete print jobs that PDS has successfully downloaded. Other categories of "lock-down" software may have unexpected deleterious effects.
Please disable Deep Freeze, make the changes and then enable Deep Freeze again.
