Using the steps below the administrator of the PrinterOn solution is able to implement steps as it relates to resolving drive space on the PrinterOn PrintConnect device (Linux). The errors that would appear are similar to : Insufficient disk space available to download job with id: 21192761; processing this job will be deferred until sufficient disk space becomes available.

Steps to resolution:

Using a computer on the same network as the PrinterOn PrintConnect device navigate to http://<localhost>:8181 where <localhost> is the IP address of the PrintConnect device.

  1. Log into the PrintConnect’s web interface as an administrator. 2.Set the new user account type as OPERATOR 3.Log out of the PrintConnect web administration interface 4.Select to login as Operator 5.Authenticate as the newly created user account 6.Once logged in as an operator, navigate to the Queue Monitor tab 7.Select the unwanted print jobs, then click 'Delete'
  2. Select the User’s tab.
    1. Create a new user with a password
    2. Set the new user account type as OPERATOR
  3. Log out of the PrintConnect web administration interface.
  4. Select to login as Operator.
  5. Authenticate as the newly created user account.
  6. Once logged in as an operator, navigate to the Queue Monitor tab.
  7. Select the unwanted print jobs, then click 'Delete'

Applies to PrinterOn PrintConnect [Linux edition]( which was discontinued November 2018).
