Is there a delay in with the PrinterOn Public PDH to notify PDS about a print job - c06242641

The public PDH is configured with a one second delay.

This is for all of PrinterOn customers that use PrinterOn's Public service. This delay is configured to let all the attachments be downloaded when receiving email submissions.
