Job Owner arriving in HP Access Control as service account instead of authenticated user - c06237530

When integrating PrinterOn Enterprise with HP's print management solution HP Access Control (HPAC), it is key for the authenticated username to be assigned to the print job when it arrives in the queue. This is what allows the user to release their print jobs using either card swipe at the MFP or a manual authentication on the panel. If when viewing the HPAC Spooler, the Owner of the job does not match the user who authenticated during that print request, there are a few items to validate:

• An HP driver must be selected on the PrinterOn printer
• 3rd Paty Integration must be enabled on the PrinterOn printer, and HP Access Control selected
  • This option is found under the Releasing Print Jobs section of the PrinterOn printer configuratio
• The HPAC option called "PJL Parsing" must be enabled as per below:
