Jobs arrive in the Pharos print management print queue, but are deleted shortly after - c06231874

Using the steps below the administrator of the PrinterOn Enterprise solution can troubleshoot the delivery of the print jobs to the Pharos print management print queue.

Pharos doesn't seem to like cover pages. When enabled, jobs arrive but are purged immediately.

• Disable cover pages from the Optional Settings tab of your printer's cloud configuration, refresh from the printers tab of PrinterOn Configuration Manager , and try submitting another print job.
