Jobs not received by PDG, PDG not responding on HTTPS using port 6310 - c06237422

The keystore included in the PrinterOn Enterprise solution 3.2.3 (and 3.2.4) has an alias of printeronserver.com, but the Print Delivery Gateway (PDG) configuration uses the alias "tomcat" by default.

Changing the Key Name in the PDG SSL tab to printeronserver.com, allows the solution to work as expected.

To resolve the issue use one of these options:

  1. Upgrade the PrinterOn Enterprise solution to the latest release where the software code has been updated.
  2. Manually update the SSL tab on the PDG using these steps:
    1. Log into the PrinterOn Configuration Manager .
    2. Navigate to Advanced Components – Select Configure on the PDG:
      1. Log into the PrinterOn Configuration Manager.
      2. Navigate to Advanced – Components – Select Configure on the PDG.
      3. Select the SSL tab of the Gateway configuration.
      4. Change the Key Name from tomcat to printeronserver.com
      5. Save changes.
      6. Try a new print request.
