Locating the PrinterOn PrintWhere desktop edition installation log files - c06243085

Should you have problems printing with the Printeron PrintWhere universal printer driver, you may need to access the PrintWhere log files to help diagnose the problem.

• PrintWhere saves log information to the following file and default location:
  C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\PrinterOn Corporation\ PrintWhere <version>\PWCDRV<version>.log also PrintWhere.log can be found here as well.
• Problems associated with the installation of PrintWhere are saved to the following log file:

C:\Program Files\ PrinterOn Corporation\ pwcInstall <version>.log.

Applies to PrinterOn PrintWhere 5.x and later.
