Login to the PrinterOn Remote Queue Monitor as Operator or Administrator - c06613600

As an operator of the Print Delivery Station (PDS), the user is able to select print jobs for any user and release the job on behalf of the user without having to login to the PrinterOn Configuration Manager and also without having to know the release code for the print job.To setup a Operator account, utilize the steps below:

1. Open up the PrinterOn Configuration Manager (typically from the icon on the desktop)
2. Navigate to the Users tab
3. Select Add to add a new user account
4. Type in the username that will be used
5. Type in the password that will be used
6. Select the Class
   • Operator - Has ability to release print jobs on behalf of a user
   • Administrator - Has ability to release print jobs on behalf of a user
7. Select Save
8. Provide a user with the Operator or Administrator credentials created
9. Provide the address to the page they can use the credentials which would be:

https://127.0.0.1:8181 or https://DNSname:8181 or https://IPaddress:8181
