Lotus Notes mail integration: Install should be for Single User - c06231886

When installing the IBM Lotus Notes client on the machine where the PrinterOn Enterprise solution is being installed, it is important that the Notes install uses setup for a “ Single User ”, not “ Multi User ”.

The Lotus Notes client installation mode can be confirmed from the notes.ini file located by default in the “ Program Files ” directory.

If the notes.ini file is found in the “ User ” directory then the installation mode is ' multi user '.

When the Lotus Notes client is installed in ' Multi User ' mode some library files and configurations are not installed in the appropriate directories therefore the PrinterOn Enterprise solution cannot be configured for email printing.
