Miscalculation of pages of Office docs in Print Management - c06231866

In the even the Print Management system does not properly calculate the number of pages to charge the end user, use the steps below to assist with troubleshooting:

1. Validate the print driver being used on the Print Management system, ensure the PrinterOn solution also uses the same driver type (example, PCL or Postscript).
2. Validate the document in fact has the correct amount of pages.
3. Compare the amount of pages showing in the Print Delivery station vs the amount of pages appearing in the Print Management syste .
