Not all the paper sizes and the finishing options for my Google Cloud printer are available - c06241678

In Google Cloud Print, additional paper sizes can be displayed if the paper sizes were made available on the printer within the PrinterOn Enterprise solution. To enable the paper sizes simply complete these steps:

1. Login to the PrinterOn Configuration Manager
2. Select the Printers tab
3. Select the + sign on the printer to be modified
4. Select the paper sizes option
5. Enable the additional paper sizes that should be available to the users
6. Select Apply settings to commit the changes
7. Select the Synchronize button to update the printer settings to all the components within the PrinterOn solution
8. Within Google Chrome, try to print the document again and confirm that the new paper sizes are appearing

NOTE:

Applies to PrinterOn Enterprise 4.x and later. If the paper sizes are not available even after completing the steps above, try upgrading the PrinterOn Enterprise solution to the latest available release of PrinterOn Enterprise 4.x.
