Page count for IPP print jobs shows 1 page only in PrinterOn regardless of how many pages were in the printed document - c06230666

This is a known limitation. Print jobs submitted from Airprint through the PrinterOn Enterprise solution are received as pre-rendered jobs; therefore PrinterOn is configured to pass the job to the output destination (this decreases the time to get the print job at the printer) without reading the amount of pages included in the document.

NOTE:

Applies to PrinterOn Enterprise 3.x and later. The PrinterOn Print Delivery Gateway is the component responsible for collecting the airprint jobs and sending through the PrinterOn Enterprise solution.
