PAS servers unresponsive - high cpu usage, Processing servers won't start. Printwhere missing. - c06237347

The PrinterOn PrintAnywhere Server becomes unresponsive and generates high CPU usage on the machine.

Steps to resolution:

1. Remove and reinstall the PrintAnywhere server component.
   Navigate to the default folder C:\Programs and Features(x 86)\ PrinterOn Corporation\ PrinterOn Server Install Manager\ Printwhere , run Printwhere Setup.exe.
2. Reboot server.
3. Check if PrintWhere in the Printers and faxes folder.
4. Confirm PAS processing services started.
5. Send another test print request.

Applies to PrinterOn Enterprise 2.3 or older, resolved in PrinterOn Enterprise 2.5 or later.
