PAS00128 - No Processing Servers are available to process the job - c06244690

Using the steps below the administrator of the PrinterOn Enterprise solution can troubleshoot the printing service and the error message: PAS00128: The service is temporarily unavailable.

Event Definition

While submitting a print job through the web submission page the error message is received:

Steps to troubleshoot:

It may be related to a network issues on the PAS or most commonly that the PAS services are in stopped state - User initiated or Computer initiated The result is a PAS00128: The service is temporarily unavailable.

  • Verify the PrinterOn Processing Service is running either from PrinterOn or Windows Service panel:
    1. Login to the PrinterOn Configuration Manager and confirm the PrinterOn Processing Services is running, if the service is not running start the service.
    2. Verify that the PrinterOn Processing Server is not stopped from the Microsoft Windows Services panel, if the service is not running start the service.
  • Try to submit another print request again and confirm that the print job is successful.
