There are multiple possible resolutions to this error.
- Verify that within the PrinterOn Configuration Manager, the Print Anywhere Server services are running (not stopped).

Log in to the PrinterOn Configuration Manager.
- Navigate to "Services".
- Ensure that the PrintAnywhere Processing Server services is not stopped.
- Select the green "Start" button to bring up the service.
- Verify that within Windows Services, the Print Anywhere Service services is not stopped.
- Navigate to "Services" in the Microsoft Windows machine. You can run the command "services.msc".
- Navigate to PrintAnywhere Processing Server.
- Ensure that the PrintAnywhere Processing Server services is not stopped.
- Select the "Start" button to bring up the service Test print.
Please validate if an antivirus software solution is running on the machine, please add exceptions to the PrinterOn components to rule out the anti-virus software from stopping the PrinterOn services.
