PAS0073 error when submitting print request - c06234552
This is generally caused by the PrinterOn Processing Server service not started or not running.
- Launch Windows Services .
- Scroll to the PrinterOn Processing Server and ensure it is started and running (if the service is not started, start the service and ensure it gets to a 'running' state).
- Scroll to the PrinterOn Status service and ensure it is started and running (if the service is not started, start the service and ensure it gets to a 'running' state).
- Validate all the other PrinterOn services are running.
- Try submitting another print request and see if the request is now successful.

Proxy Environment:
Validate that the proxy settings have been enabled within the PrinterOn Configuration Manager.-
General:
- Login to the PrinterOn Configuration Manager.
- Select the 'General Settings' then enter the Proxy details in the 'Proxy Settings'.

Component Level:
- Login to the PrinterOn Configuration Manager.
- Navigate to Advanced, Components, select configure on the PrintAnywhere Server component (or any other PrinterOn component that needs to be validated that the Proxy settings are enabled).
- Select the Networking tab and ensure the Proxy settings are enabled and saved appropriately.

If a proxy server exists in the environment then proxy details should be entered in the PrinterOn configuration manager for all the PrinterOn Enterprise components to utilize.
