PCL XL error when print job is submitted - c06233149
After configuring the PrinterOn On-Premise solution and submitting a document for printing, a page with PCL XL is released at the printer.
Change the print driver being used:
Hybrid
- Log into the PrinterOn web administration page at www.printeron.com
- Go to the printers page.

Select the printer displaying the issue, change the print driver being used (If available for the manufacturer you're using, choose a universal driver).
Also try the PrinterOn Generic PCL or Post script print drivers. - Save changes.
- Send a new print job to verify the output at the printer.
OnPremise
- Log into the PrinterOn Configuration Manager.
- Select the Printers menu.
- Select the printer displaying the issue, select the '+' sign and click 'Configure'.

tab, change the print driver being used (If available for the manufacturer you're using, choose a universal driver).
Also try the PrinterOn Generic PCL or Post script print drivers. - Save changes.
- Send a new print job to verify the output at the printer.
