PCL XL error when print job is submitted - c06233149

After configuring the PrinterOn On-Premise solution and submitting a document for printing, a page with PCL XL is released at the printer.

Change the print driver being used:

Hybrid

1. Log into the PrinterOn web administration page at www.printeron.com
2. Go to the printers page.
3. Select the printer displaying the issue, change the print driver being used (If available for the manufacturer you're using, choose a universal driver).
   Also try the PrinterOn Generic PCL or Post script print drivers.
4. Save changes.
5. Send a new print job to verify the output at the printer.

OnPremise

1. Log into the PrinterOn Configuration Manager.
2. Select the Printers menu.
3. Select the printer displaying the issue, select the '+' sign and click 'Configure'.
4. On the drivers tab, change the print driver being used (If available for the manufacturer you're using, choose a universal driver).
   Also try the PrinterOn Generic PCL or Post script print drivers.
5. Save changes.
6. Send a new print job to verify the output at the printer.
