PDG jobs are stuck 'in-progress' on Google - c06237759

Printjobs sent from an iOS device using the native print function or through Google Cloud print, the jobs get to the Print Delivery Gateway (PDG) but are stuck in the 'in-progress' state.

The Keystore included on the PrinterOn Enterprise solution has an alias of printeronserver.com, but the PDG configuration uses the alias "tomcat" by default.

To address the issue, change the Key Name in the PDG SSL tab to printeronserver.com, and this should allow the solution to work (just a mismatch in the configuration of the PDG's SSL setup).

  1. Log into PrinterOn Configuration Manager.
  2. Go to Advanced – Components – Print Delivery Gateway.
  3. Go to the SSL tab of the Gateway configuration.
  4. Change the Key Name from tomcat to printeronserver.com
  5. Save changes
  6. Try a new print from your iOS device or through Google Cloud Print.

NOTE:

Applies to PrinterOn Enterprise 3.2.3 / 3.2.4, issue has been resolved in a later release of the PrinterOn Enterprise solution.
