Print jobs are not appearing in PrinterOn Print Delivery Gateway (PDG) Queue monitor after a Google Cloud Printer is successfully created - c06618963
In some versions of PrinterOn Enterprise, printer discovery must be enabled in order to successfully integrate with Google Cloud Print. Printer Discovery is disabled by default.
In order to enable printer discovery, follow these steps:
- Log into PrinterOn Configuration Manager
- Navigate to the Printers tab
- Under the Discovery column, click to enable or disable the discovery for each printer as required
- You may need to recreate your Google cloud printer again after the discovery has been enabled
NOTE:
This is scheduled for resolution in a version later than 4.2.1.
