Print jobs fail when submitted via PrintWhere - no Delivery Window pop up appears - c06238687
Using the steps below the administrator for the PrinterOn solution can properly troubleshoot print failures while using the PrinterOn PrintWhere application.
The issue may be caused by a stuck job within the PrintWhere 6.x Plugin, it prevents other jobs from printing.
Steps to troubleshoot:
- Delete the job that appears in the PrintWhere 6.x print queue then restart the Microsoft Windows print spooler service 3 times.
- Remove ' PrintWhere 6.0 Plugin M332x 382x 402x Series 0650'. The plugin may not be shown in 'Devices and Printers' but do this step anyway.
- Stop the Micosoft Windows print spooler service from the windows service panel, clear C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\PRINTERS folder, start the windows print spooler service again.
- Select Printer and then send another test print job and validate successful submission.
NOTE:
Applies to PrinterOn PrintWhere version 6.x and later.
