PrintConnect 110 error - c06231853

The error message is an indication of either configuration or connectivity related issues exist between the PrintConnect device and the printer.

Use the steps below to validate connectivity and configuration to the printer:

  1. Confirm that the IP address configured for the printer is correct, the IP address is validated from the Software tab on the web administration portal (www.hp.com/support/PrinterOn).
  2. Verify the print driver being used for the printer, if the print driver is correct the printer might reject the print job therefore causing the error 110 message.
  3. Attempt to change the USB or Ethernet cable to validate hardware related issues.
