- Verify the PrinterOn cloud configuration within the PrinterOn web administration site, is configured to point the PrinterOn PrintConnect device to the physical printer based on the IP address.
- Set for USB (if supported by the printer), then confirm that the print jobs are successful.
- USB may be turned off in printer firmware (check the printer settings and confirm the USB option is enabled).
- Replace the USB cable.
