PrinterOn Configuration Manager providing an invalid license message after installation - c06234645
After attempting to log into https://localhost:8057 an error message related to an invalid license is presented.
Steps to resolution:
- Verify the time/date on the server is correct.
- Restart the Central Print Services & the PON Configuration Manager services in Windows, then try logging in again.
NOTE:
There is a start and end date in your license, and if the server date is prior to the start date of the service the PrinterOn database assumes the license is invalid.
