PrinterOn mobile application print history only shows print jobs sent through mobile app and not any jobs that are sent through other print submission methods - c06238058

When a mobile device with the PrinterOn mobile application is connected to the PrinterOn Enterprise solution print jobs sent from all submission methods would typically display on the mobile application print history.

If print jobs appearing in the queue are only the ones sent from the mobile device, please complete the steps below:

  1. Confirm a Service URL has been configured on the mobile application
    1. Open the PrinterOn mobile application
    2. Select Settings
    3. Select Services
    4. Select the service or server listing there (if no service is configured, setup a service)
    5. Enable 'Default Service' option for the service
  2. Confirm the mobile device has access to the PrinterOn Enterprise solution
    1. Open the PrinterOn mobile application
    2. Select Settings
    3. Select Service
    4. Select the service or server listing required (if no service is configured, setup a service)
    5. Select the 'Test Service' option to confirm connectivity exists

NOTE:

Applies to PrinterOn Enterprise 4.x and later. If access to the service or network connectivity exits between the mobile device and the service then the historical print jobs will not appear on the mobile device.
