Printing native Google Doc formats through the PrinterOn Enterprise solution - c06233117
Devices: iOS (iPhone, iPad, iPod)
Apps Required:
- GDrive
- PrinterOn
- Steps to submit a print job (these steps assume the app is configured for use with the Enterprise service’s authentication and search requirements):
 - Configure GDrive to connect to your Google account.
 - From within the GDrive app, tap a document you wish to print.
 - Tap the Arrow icon in the top right corner (if no icon shown, tap somewhere on the document preview).
 - Tap Open In.
 - Tap Open in PrinterOn .
 - Search for or select a saved printer.
 - Submit print job.
 
Android (Tablet or Phone):
Apps Required:

- Steps to submit a print job (these steps assume the app is configured for use with the Enterprise service’s authentication and search requirements):
 - Configure Google Drive to connect to your Google account.
 - From within the Google Drive app, tap the document you wish to print.
 - Tap the info icon in the top right corner.
 - Tap the 3 vertical boxes icon in the top right corner.
 - Tap Send.
 - Tap PrinterOn .
 - Search for or select a saved printer.
 - Submit print job
 
Chromebook:
- Unfortunately there is no option to submit native Google Docs format without converting the document to a supported format first.
 - Steps to convert, save and upload print job through browser:
 - Launch Google Drive app.
 - Select the document you wish to print.
 - Choose File – Print.
 - Destination should be “Save to Google Drive”.
 - Click “Save”
 - Go to the CPS web upload page, log in and choose a printer
 - Click “Browse”
 - Select “Google Drive” from the left-hand “Files”
 - Select the PDF version of the document you just saved.
 - Click “Open”
 - Continue the print job submission.
