When trying to authenticate to the PrintWhere application on the Microsoft Windows machine the error message is received: PTS40105: Unable to validate your PrinterOn Account. Please verify your username and password and try again.

Steps to resolution:

• Validate that the correct username and password is being used
• Validate if the user can authenticate to the web submission page with the same credentials
• Validate the password being used, if the password contains special characters maybe those characters are not supported, try changing the password
