When using the PrintWhere application to submit a print job to a printer on the PrinterOn Enterprise solution.

This error occurs when PrintWhere as a submission method has been disabled, to be able to submit a print job using the PrintWhere application this submission method must be enabled.

To enable the option on the PrinterOn Enterprise solution for the printer complete these steps:

• Hybrid Deployment:
  • Login to the PrinterOn web administration panel by going to PrinterOn.com
  • Select the Printers menu icon.
  • Select the Required Settings option for the printer you would like to enable the PrintWhere submission method on.
  • Enable the PrintWhere option for that printer.
  • Select Save to commit the changes.
  • Submit another print request using the PrintWhere application.
• On-Premise Deployment Mode:
  • Login to the PrinterOn Configuration Manager.
  • Select the Printers tab.
  • Select the '+' sign on the printer you would like to enable the PrintWhere submission method on.
  • Select Configure.
  • Select Workflow Options.
  • Select the Enable PrintWhere Printing option.
  • Select Apply Settings to commit the changes.
  • Submit another print request using the PrintWhere application.

Applies to PrinterOn Enterprise 3.x and later.

To validate the Deployment mode, login to the PrinterOn Configuration Manager and select the 'licensing' tab.
