Troubleshooting:

• Attempt to change the print driver being used to render the document from within the PrinterOn Enterprise Configuration manager, or on the PrinterOn.com web administration panel (in the case of Hybrid).
• Try changing the duplex option to another setting.
• Try changing the duplex option to 'Not Managed'

After each step attempt to submit another print request to see if this resolves the issues.
