PWC4509 Error while using the PrintWhere application - c06232667

While using the PrintWhere application the error message ' PWC4509: The service is temporarily unavailable - unable to add plugin ' appears.

Error message:

Cause:

This error occurs because the print driver defined on the PrinterOn printer has not been installed on the machine running the PrintWhere application.

Resolution:

• Option #1:
  Install the Print Driver on the computer where the PrintWhere application has been installed, the driver must be the same one as the one installed on the machine hosting the PrinterOn Enterprise solution
• Option #2:
  Change the print driver defined on the PrinterOn Enterprise solution to a printer that exists on the users laptop
• Option #3

Installation of Printwhere will require admin access
