PWC4517 - Unable to add plugin driver - error message received while trying to submit a document for processing.
Some troubleshooting steps:

Validate that the print driver defined for the printer within the
PrinterOn
configuration Manager is installed on the
PrinterOn
processing server.

This can be done by accessing Control Panel > Devices & Printers > Print Server properties > Drivers.

Validate the service account that is used to run the
PrinterOn
processing service is a local administrator and has permissions to add/remove printers and install printer drivers.
- This can be done by accessing Administrator tools > Computer Management > Local Users and Groups - Validate the print driver that is installed is compatible with the Operating system that is hosting the PrinterOn processing server service - If there are multiple PrinterOn processing servers clustered together, validate all above for all of the servers in the cluster.
