The Print Delivery Station (PDS) proxy settings keep getting reverted back to default settings - c06617908

Typically when the Proxy settings are being reset this change is a global setting and is possibly happening at the Parent Configuration manager.

Login to the PrinterOn Configuration Manager

Select 'Home' then select 'General Settings

Scroll to the proxy settings and confirm these settings are correct

Enable the proxy configurations

Select Apply settings to commit the changes

NOTE:

Applies to PrinterOn Enterprise 3.x and later and PrinterOn Enterprise Managed Cloud. Making changes to the General Settings tab is a global setting therefore this change will impact all components within the PrinterOn Enterprise solution.
