Troubleshooting Error PAS00151 when submitting a print request through the PrinterOn Enterprise solution - c06233156

PAS00151 error message is received when submitting a print request through the PrinterOn Enterprise solution.

Troubleshooting Steps:

  • Check the available disk space on the C: drive, it's possible the drive has run out of space.
  • Validate the document being printed, confirm the document can be opened on the primary PrinterOn Enteprise solution.
  • Confirm the page range, it's possible the pages being requested to print do not exist.
  • If attempting to print the Microsoft Excel document the sheet being requested to print does not exist.
