Troubleshooting Error PTS40108 Cannot find the printer in the directory, or the printer is not public/active. - c06239106

Submitting a print request through the PrinterOn soluiton, generates the error message: PTS40108-Cannot-find-the-printer-in-the-directory-or-the-printer-is-not-public-active

Steps to resolution:

The printer that was identified either by the printer name or the printer number is incorrect. Validate the correct printer name and printer number and re-submit the print request again.
