Troubleshooting HTTP Status 404 - Not Found - c06234338

While attempting to authenticate through the PrinterOn Enterprise web print solution the error message appears:

Steps to troubleshoot:

  1. Confirm the Reply URLS defined within the SSO/IDM provider
  2. Confirm the webprint URL defined below the workflows tab within the PrinterOn Configuration Manager is in the correct format https://url or IP/cps
    1. If the URL is incorrect, update the URL within the PrinterOn licenses file, then reapply the licenses file to the PrinterOn Enterprise solution again
