While attempting to authenticate through the PrinterOn Enterprise web print solution the error message appears:
Steps to troubleshoot:
- Confirm the Reply URLS defined within the SSO/IDM provider

Confirm the webprint URL defined below the workflows tab within the PrinterOn Configuration Manager is in the correct format https://url or IP/cps
- If the URL is incorrect, update the URL within the PrinterOn licenses file, then reapply the licenses file to the PrinterOn Enterprise solution again
