Troubleshooting PAS00114: Please check your request format for accuracy and resubmit your request. - c06242500

Using the steps below the administrator of the PrinterOn Enterprise solution can identify and address issues related to the error message: PAS00114: Please check your request format for accuracy and resubmit your request.

Error Description:

When this error is generated this is usually an issue with the PrinterOn processing server's ability to resolve the response address. Errors that would appear in the Processing server log files are similar to: Error "Unable to resolve the Server Response address: EC2AMAZ-IEGG8EE.mynetwork.com"

Steps to Resolution:

  1. Login to the PrinterOn Configuration Manager
  2. Navigate to Advanced then Components
  3. Click on Configure button for the PrintAnywhere Server
  4. Place a check for Enable Standalone Server Settings . This change will set the local address as the local response address (127.0.0.1) for the PrinterOn processing services.
  5. Select Apply Settings to commit the changes
  6. Submit another print request again to confirm that the print job is now successful
  7. If the problem still persists, attempt to modify the Microsoft Windows host file using the steps in HP PrinterOn Enterprise - How to modify the Microsoft Windows host file when Domain Naming service (DNS) is not available .
