Using the steps below the administrator of the PrinterOn Enterprise solution can troubleshoot and resolve the error message 'PWC4535: Missing network login. Please check your information and re-submit your request.'

While submitting a print request the error message appears:

Steps to resolution:

The printer generating the error is expecting that some login details are provided, and is being used to validate against a authentication server.

Disable authentication if it's not required:

  1. Login to the PrinterOn Configuration Manager
  2. Select the Authentication menu, select Inactive/None
  3. Select Apply Settings to commit the changes

Reconfigure the PrinterOn Printer:

  1. Login to the PrinterOn Configuration Manager
  2. Select the Printers menu
  3. Select the printer generating the error
  4. Select the plus sign, then select 'Configure'
  5. Select the Job and User Information
  6. Change the User Identifier to 'Required' since authentication is enabled
  7. Select Apply settings to commit the changes
  8. Submit another print request
