While submitting a print request the error message appears:
Steps to resolution:
The printer generating the error is expecting that some login details are provided, and is being used to validate against a authentication server.
Disable authentication if it's not required:
- Login to the PrinterOn Configuration Manager
- Select the Authentication menu, select Inactive/None
- Select Apply Settings to commit the changes
Reconfigure the PrinterOn Printer:
- Login to the PrinterOn Configuration Manager
- Select the Printers menu
- Select the printer generating the error
- Select the plus sign, then select 'Configure'
- Select the Job and User Information
- Change the User Identifier to 'Required' since authentication is enabled
- Select Apply settings to commit the changes
- Submit another print request
