Troubleshooting PWC7013: The required files could not be generated for transmission. The current request cannot be processed - c06239134

Using the steps below the administrator for the PrinterOn Enterprise solution is able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue related to error message 'PWC7013: The required files could not be generated for transmission. The current request cannot be processed'.

While trying to submit a print job the error message is received:

Steps to resolution:

Change the print driver associated with the PrinterOn Printer by:

1. Logging into the PrinterOn Configuration Manager
2. Select the Printer that is generating the error message
3. Select the plus sign on the printer, then select 'Configure'
4. Select Print Driver
5. Change the print driver to another driver (the currently selected print driver is problematic for the file being rendered)
6. Apply settings after changing the print driver
7. Submit another print request and confirm the print job is successful
